60 Days Return on All Orders

If you do need to return anything, you’ve got 60 days to do so. Follow the following simple steps below on how to return your item.

2- Post your return  

Proceed through the portal and we will provide necessary documentation and shipping label to fulfil your return.

3- We’ll do the rest 

Once received, we’ll refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. You should receive your refund within 5 working days from the date we receive and process the return.

We want you to be happy with your order and offer a 60-day return guarantee on all orders. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 60 days of receipt and we will refund you at the price you paid for the product(s). Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order.

For faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality or incorrect item/s received, please contact Customer Service immediately after you receive your order. Ensure you do not dispose of broken items, as we will require photographic evidence to support any claims for damages. Once this has been provided, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
